About

You work with
the principals.

Two brokers, both owners, both on your file.

Advisor first

Our process is to serve as consultant and advisor to our clients first, and to provide transactional services second, as a result of the relationships created by analyzing and adding value to real estate investments and leases.

Valhalla Real Estate offers the most attentive and individualized service to help clients accomplish their stated mission and achieve their fiscal objectives. With more than a decade brokering a multitude of deals, we bring creative and innovative solutions to the table to facilitate successful dealmaking.

Who we work with

Clients include national and local credit tenants, banks, funds, real estate companies, developers, landlords, churches, trusts, cities and individual investors. The common thread is an owner or occupier who wants the real numbers before a decision, not after it.
